The old building was retrofitted to a new office as the Network Operating Center. co-energi (Pvt) Ltd team designed MVAC systems relying on whole building energy simulation to size and optimize the MVAC systems. Project started in April, May 2015. The scope of project was 13,940.5 m2 area.

The scope of the project included 12,172.3 m2 area.This project started on May 2016 and concluded on March 2018. Both Buildings were awarded with LEED Gold Certifications.
